What's on offer:

The house is spread over five floors so has loads of space. The communal areas include the kitchen, living room, scullery, three bathrooms and garden (which are all immaculately kept). The kitchen comes with two ovens and hobs, two big fridges and freezers (and there are two more in the scullery), a microwave, masses of storage cupboards and a dining area.

For the laundry, there are three washing machines in the scullery, just off the living room.The room itself is furnished but if you have your own furniture, you can use that instead. It has a stripped wood floor and the decor is a neutral shade.

If you work in the city, a five-minute walk to Loughborough Junction station takes you to Blackfriars in less than 10 minutes, with Farringdon & City Thameslink a few minutes further on. There are shops too within easy walking distance. After a hard day at work chill out at the much loved Sun and Doves with good food and great cocktails or go into nearby Brixton for the Ritzy cinema and a huge selection of bars and restaurants. If the weather's good you can practise your forehand at the excellent tennis courts in Myatt's Fields.
