Within twelve to fifteen minutes to London Bridge, fast and frequent trains to London Bridge and Victoria make the Monday morning travel a doddle. The London Overground line has vastly increased your connectivity to the tube network. Forest Hill has a well-stocked town centre with a library, various banks, popular restaurants and a Sainsbury's. There are a number of good pubs, many with beer gardens, and Crystal Palace Park, Dulwich Park and the Horniman Gardens with Museum are all close by.
