Handsome Period Two Bedder With Private Patio Garden - CHAIN FREE. Bright, spacious and beautifully presented - what's not to love? This decidedly handsome ground floor two bedder enjoys a stylish, sympathetic finish throughout - think high ceilings, school house radiators, stripped timber floors and perfectly chosen neutral wall shades! Period features and a super slick modern shower room finish it off admirably.

You have a private entrance and private decked patio garden to boot - this one won't stick around. The location is arguably as impressive - at the tail end of Bellenden Village and its caf├ęs, bars and eateries. Rye Lane's eclectic mix of social delights is but a gentle two minute stroll. Transport is effortlessly available with Peckham Rye Station a mere 4 minute walk.

Your entrance is to the side of the building. Inside you meet stripped timber floors and dado rails. Your front facing reception enjoys a bright and airy disposition with plenty of light gushing through the square bay of semi frosted sash windows. Picture rails separate complimentary wall shades and there's original cornicing, a feature mantel, low level storage units and white painted timber floors - yum! The L shaped hall turns to an impressive run, along which you find more dado rails and a handy storage cupboard. Your two, similarly sized bedrooms each enjoy large side aspect sash windows, stripped timbers and crisp white walls. The second room has its original feature fireplace. Your kitchen/diner is a really pleasant space boasting chunky solid ash counters atop sleek and plentiful anti slam cabinets. A most helpful utility room lies yonder with concrete floor and plumbing for the washing machine. The dishy shower room adjoins with a pristine white suite, shower and underfloor heating. Barn doors lead from the utility to your decked garden. It's a lovely spot for some summer vino.Read More

The locale really leaves you within a stroll of anything you might need. Rye Lane offers it's unique London bustle and all the high street shops. Transport wise you're equally well catered for with nearby Peckham Rye Station which in addition to London Bridge services supplies the fab London Overground Line. Further services include Blackfriars and Victoria (all between 9-14 mins). Buses head into town from Rye Lane and Peckham Road, night buses included. Bellenden Road offers some exciting places to eat and drink. We love the Victoria Inn for a pint, The Begging Bowl for dinner and Petitou for coffee and cake. Peckham's list of funky bars is ever increasing. Check out the Prince of Peckham for regular DJ's and the best chicken wings in town. Frank's rooftop bar is seriously happening in the summer and Bar Story is close for a cocktail on the patio. Meat District is a super spot (not for vegans). East Dulwich and Camberwell are near for a change of (local) scene. Check out the Hermit's Cave for a pint of the black stuff. Read Less
